Single Phase Firing Boards

From the low-cost FCRO2100 to the two- or four-SCR FCRO4100 firing board, Enerpro single phase firing boards provide the value and reliability Enerpro products are known for. The FCRO2100 is a two-SCR firing board for single phase applications including motor/generator controllers and industrial power supplies. The FCRO4100 is built for single phase applications like AC controllers, two-quadrant bridge rectifiers, and low-cost motor field exciters. With the addition of the PTIR-1 or PTIFL1A boards, the FCRO4100 firing board may also be used in four-quadrant bridge converter configurations.

The FCRO2100 provides economical and reliable phase-angle control of single-phase SCR AC controllers and center tap rectifiers. The board features two isolated gate drives, independently configurable soft start/soft stop control inputs, and an analog delay angle command input configurable for a variety of common voltage or current ranges. An onboard regulator provides functionality for applications where current or voltage regulation is required.

The FCRO4100 provides phase-angle control of single-phase SCR AC controllers, center tapped rectifiers, and two- or four-quadrant bridge rectifiers for a wide variety of power control applications. The board features four isolated gate drives, independently configurable soft start/soft stop control inputs, and an analog delay angle command input configurable for a variety of common voltage or current ranges. Optional plug-in regulator boards provide regulation functionality ( VRCL1P-1 board) or timed polarity transition inhibit for four-quadrant rectifier applications ( PTIR-1 board).
