CR-400
Current Regulator with CT Feedback

The CR-400 is used in conjunction with the FCOG-6100 Firing board in current limited AC motor starters by sensing the motor current from customer provided current transformers. This combination of boards becomes the Enerpro MSA-6 Motor Starter two board assembly.

CTRCT-1
Current Trip/Regulator

The CTRCT-1 board is designed to regulate the current in an AC controller and provide an over-current trip feature which will latch off the output. This latch can be configured for automatic or manual reset.

CTRCT-2
Current Trip/Regulator

The CTRCT-2 is an expanded version of the CTRCT-1. This enables the customer to provide two command inputs which allows for automatic switching from current limiting operation to current regulated operation. Additionally, the CTRCT-2 adds the ability to control the ramp time of the soft-start feature.

PTIR-1
One-Phase Polarity Transition; Inhibit & Voltage Regulator

The PTIR-1 board is a "piggyback" addition to the FCRO-4100 board, typically used in 4-quadrant applications. It allows the user to use the PTIR-1 as a voltage regulator, and use the onboard circuitry of the FCRO-4100 for current regulation. In 4-quadrant operation when the polarity is reversed, the PTIR-1 phases back the SCRs over a pre-determined time, inhibits and then enables the firing board in the predetermined ramp start time.

VRCL1P-1
Voltage Regulator Current Limiter

The VRCL1P-1 is used with the FCRO-4100 4 SCR single-phase firing board, providing voltage regulation and current limit. The regulator is in voltage regulation mode when the load current is less than the commanded current. When the load current becomes greater than what is commanded, the regulator is in current limit mode.
