Repair Charges	· Warranty product includes prices for components replaced and Shipping Charges (added to invoice). · Non-Warranty repair charges include evaluation period, repair time, environmental testing, documentation, hourly rate, charges for new components installed and shipping charges (added to invoice).
Delivery / Shipment	· 10 Business Days (Standard) · 3 – 5 Business Days (Expedite) (If available) · Shipments via UPS ground unless prior arrangements have been made.

Warranty:

Enerpro Circuit Boards and Assemblies, excluding fuses, pulse modules, SCR modules, and IGBT modules are warranted for defects in parts and labor for a period of one (1) year for new product and six (6) months for repaired or evaluated items from the date of shipment.

This warranty shall not apply to any unit that has been subject to misuse, negligence, or accident. Enerpro’s sole liabilities and buyer’s sole remedies, under this agreement shall be limited to repair or replacement or, at Enerpro’s discretion, refund of purchase price in lieu of replacement. Enerpro shall in no way be liable for damages consequential or incidental to defects in any of the quoted products, or failure of delivery in whole or in part, for injuries resulting from its use, or for any other causes.

Warranty is voided if board or assembly has been altered or reconfigured unless authorized by an Enerpro Representative.

Non-warranty:

Enerpro Circuit Boards which are not covered by the warranty period may be returned to Enerpro for evaluation or repair. If a board has been deemed un-repairable, notification will be provided with information regarding items defects. Charges for a new board will be at the standard pricing.

RMA Charges:

Warranty: Price for replaced components excluded from the warranty and shipping charges.

Non-warranty: Charges for evaluation period, repair time, environmental testing, documentation, new components installed and shipping charges.

Delivery:

Standard: Ten (10) business days ARO.

Expedite: Three (3) to five (5) business days ARO (subject to availability, contact Enerpro Representative for details).

Delivery will be by UPS ground with the freight charges added to the invoice and paid by the customers. Special arrangements must be agreed upon for other means of shipment.

RMA Instruction:

1. Customers wishing to return items must first contact Enerpro for return authorization. An Enerpro representative will receive the request and issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The following information must be provided at the time of request:

a. Contact Information (Company name, point of contact and contact number).

b. Number of items.

c. Product name, serial number and reason for return for each item.

d. Purchase Order Number.

3. Please include the RMA number on the shipping label or package. Any items without the RMA number will not be accepted by the Enerpro Receiving Department.
