The CTRCT-1 and CTRCT-2 regulator boards are current trip regulators with current transformer (CT) feedback. Both boards provide current regulation in ac controller configurations with a latching overcurrent trip that may be configured for automatic or manual reset. The CTRCT-2 provides enhanced functionality with optional voltage regulation, potentiometer adjustable ramp time, transistorized status signals indicating overcurrent , current limit, and trip reset.

The CTRCT-1 and CTRCT-2 boards utilize current feedback from CTs on the single-phase or three-phase mains. A diode rectifier and burden resistor generates the current feedback signal required for the regulator circuit.

The ISOVLCL-2 is an isolated current and voltage regulator board intended specifically for use with Enerpro SCR firing boards. In a typical configuration, the regulator board accepts current and voltage feedback signals and drives the firing board's delay angle command signal, providing regulation of the controller or converter output according to the voltage or current command signal. The ISOVLCL-2 provides enhanced functionality with potentiometer-adjustable ramp time and transistorized status signals indicating overcurrent , overvoltage, current limit, and current and voltage trip reset.

Feedback signals are typically derived from a 0-50 mV current shunt and a 0-4 Vdc voltage signal as supplied by an external attenuator.

The ISOVLCL-3 is an isolated current and voltage regulator board intended specifically for use with Enerpro SCR firing boards. In a typical configuration, the regulator board accepts current and voltage feedback and command signals. The regulator circuit drives the firing board's delay angle command signal to produce the output current or voltage specified by the command signals.
